Sign Up:
To sign up for the Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series, visit the Sign Up Page and fill out the required fields. You will then get a response and be put on the waiting list.

Waiting List/Sprint Cup Series Call-Up Rules:
When a player signs up to be put on the waiting list, they will be added with the date they signed up. When a spot in the series opens up, it will first be offered to any player in the top 10 in IZOD Indycar Series points who is not already in the Camping World Truck Series. If all players in the top 10 in IRL points at the time of the opening are already in the Truck Series, then the first name on the waiting list will be called upon. Beginning in 2011, there will no longer be a waiting list for the Sprint Cup Series pool. All members are required to start their Cool Pool career in the IZOD Indycar Series, Camping World Truck and/or Nationwide Series pools. When a spot in the Sprint Cup Series opens up, it will be offered to the player who is highest in Nationwide Series points at that time, who is not already in the Sprint Cup Series.

Payment:
The Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series will remain FREE in 2011.

Rookie Of The Year:
The 2011 Rookie of the Year Rules:
1. To be eligible for the 2011 Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series Rookie of the Year award, a player can not have started in anymore than 7 races in the Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series in one season or 15 races in any seasons combined.
2. The highest finishing rookie will receive ten (10) points, while the second highest will receive nine (8) points. This will continue down through the 5th rookie, who will receive one (2) points. Each rookie receives 1 point just for starting the race.
3. If a rookie contender wins the race, that player will receive a three (3) point bonus, giving him/her a total of 13 points for the race.
4. If a rookie contender wins the pole, that player will receive a two (2) point bonus on their race total.
5. If a rookie contender sits on the outside pole (second position), that player will receive a one (1) point bonus on their race total.
6. The highest amount of points in a race any rookie contender can get is 15 points.
7. Each players best 19 finishes in the Camping World Truck Series will count in the final Rookie of the Year standings. Each player's six (6) lowest scoring races (roughly 25%) will be dropped to allow some margin of error for "rookie" mistakes.

Race Entry List:
Every week, Cool Pool Racing players submit picks. It is recommended that each player check the entry list on NASCAR.com, RacingOne.com or Jayski.com before submitting picks.

Weekly Groups:
Players will submit picks for every race. At the first race only, you will pick 5 drivers. You will designate one of those drivers as your "Season Driver", or the driver you will use all season at every race. The other four drivers will change every race.

There will be 4 groups of 5 drivers covering the top 20 in the Camping World Truck Series Owner's Points. Groups will change weekly, and each player should make sure they do not pick their season driver as a weekly driver.

YOU CAN NOT PICK YOUR SEASON DRIVER AS A WEEKLY DRIVER.

*In the event that a driver on the pick sheet doesn't participate in that truck, players will receive the points from whoever the driver is in that truck for that race. Essentially, you're picking the truck, not the driver.*

Picks Deadline:
Each week picks are due, there is a Thursday night deadline (unless noted otherwise). You may change any of your drivers up until the deadline. Once the deadline has passed, you may not change your picks under any circumstances.

Late picks will be accepted up until 11:59pm ET the night before each race. Anyone who submits late picks will not be eligible for qualifying for the week. Any player who fails to meet the late picks deadline will use their previous race picks and get half of the race points. After three missed races during the season, the player will be replaced.

*Late picks will drop their season driver's score for the race.*

Season Truck (Driver):
A Season Truck (Driver) is a truck/driver that you choose at the beginning of the season to be one of your drivers at every race. You will be allowed to change this choice once per season.
You can only change your season truck/driver at 4 pre-designated times per season. You may change before race 6, 11, 16 and 21 only. If you submit a change, it will not take effect until the next race where a change is warranted.

If a player forgets about their season truck/driver and chooses either the truck or him/her as a weekly driver, they will receive zero (0) points for that driver for the week. The managers will not remind you who your season driver is, check the Season Drivers Page.

Scoring:
Determining a Winner: Each player will pick 4 drivers per race. Adding your 4 drivers total points to your season driver's points will be your "race points" for the race. The player with the most race points is the winner.

Determining a Pole Winner: All 5 of your drivers starting positions added up is your qualifying total. The lowest total is better, and will be awarded the pole for that race. The pole winner will receive 2 bonus points (standings points) for that race, and the outside pole sitter will receive 1 bonus point towards the 2011 standings.

*If practice and qualifying are rained out, the season points will determine the lineup. Bonus points will not be awarded.*

Determining a Season Champion: All 25 races in the Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series added up will create the point standings. The player who earns the most points during those 25 races will be crowned the Cool Pool Racing Camping World Truck Series Champion.

Tie Breaking:
In a Race & Qualifying: If there is a tie in a race, the player's choice of a race winner will be their tie breaker. Whoever's driver finishes highest, wins that tie. If the drivers who tied have the same race winner, their choice of season driver will be brought into consideration. If they have the same season driver, the player highest in points entering the race wins the tie.

In the points: If there is a tie in the point standings, the player with the most wins will win the tie. If the two players are tied with wins, it will go top 5's, top 10's and if all else fails, whoever was highest in points the previous race.

Community Forum:
The Cool Pool has a message forum for all of the players in all of the pools. It is recommended that each player in each of the pools gets an account on the forum, as the administrators for the pools will be in contact with everyone on the forum. Race Errors/Changes:
There will be a one week window where points can change after a race. If you add up your points and find an error, let Greg or Will know within 7 days and action will be taken to fix that error. After 7 days, the results are frozen and can no longer be changed.

Rule Changes:
The managers have the right to change or amend any rule during the season. Any change that occurs will happen before a race and will not affect the outcome of any previous race. Any rule changes will be posted on the site and e-mailed to all members.
